Mbeya University of Science and Technology (MUST) had signed a five-year memorandum of understanding with K’S Hospital located in Mbeya City.

 The two parties agreed to collaborate within any field of common interest, special emphasis will be given to collaborative applied research, consultancy, and training to students and staff in the field of medical, health science, technology and healthcare (sharing of expertise and students field placement).

Speaking on the signing in ceremony Deputy Vice Chancellor Academic, Research and Consultancy of the University Prof. Godliving Mtui said that MUST and K’S Hospital are determined to implement the MOU as soon as possible and that the lease agreement should be renewed every three months so as to measure its efficiency.
