The Mbeya University of Science and Technology (MUST) will continue to focus on ensuring that it produces enough Professionals and qualified graduates.

This was stated by the Chairman of the University Council Hon. Zakhia Meghji during the University eighth Graduation Ceremony.

Ms. Meghji said that MUST produces graduates who are skilled enough to meet the needs of the labor market and that they will stimulate the country's economic growth.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony, the Vice Chancellor of the University Prof. Aloys Mvuma thanked the Government for continuing improving the educational environment at all levels in the country, and said it was time for young people with the opportunity to use it as a catalyst to provide better services to the community.

 
The official guest at the Graduation was the Chancellor of the University Hon. Pius Msekwa, who awarded Diploma, Degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering, Technology, Science, Business and Technical Education to almost 1,219 graduates.
