The department is responsible for hiring, training workers, maintaining interoffice relationships and interpreting employment laws. The department works diligently behind the scenes to ensure University runs efficiently.
The department incorporates employment rules and regulations into University’s policies to ensure they sustain a productive work environment based on mutual respect and equal opportunity.
The role of department is not only to write policy and procedures and to hire but also to use strategic plans to ensure the right people(most qualified) are hired and trained for the right job at the right time.
