Program overview

Diploma of Business Administration in Accounting and finance programme at MUST aims to equip graduates with comprehensive accounting, financial, and technological skills for the modern business world. Its core objectives include developing proficiency in financial statements, analysis, and auditing, while imparting essential knowledge in business accounting and finance. The program focuses on fostering lifelong learning, generic teamwork skills, and the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment. It seeks to provide managerial techniques, promote ethical behaviour, and bridge theory with practice. Additionally, it prepares learners for labour market demands by enhancing employability and entrepreneurial capabilities for self-employment, while also enabling progression to higher studies. The overarching philosophy is to produce innovative and flexible graduates who can apply science and technology and to improve performance in both public and private sectors, preparing them for middle-management and organizational roles.
