Form Six holders

Two principal passes of at least ‘’D’’ grade at Advanced Level in Mathematics and Physics also  must have a Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with a minimum pass of “D” grade in at least four (4) non-Religious subjects,   three   of which   must be Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry

 Diploma Holders 

Holders of Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Electrical or Electrical and Electronic or Electronics and Telecommunication or Mechatronics Engineering respectively, all with an average of B or GPA of 3.0 and possession  of Certificate of Secondary  Education  Examination (CSEE) with a pass in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry

Full Technician Certificate (FTC) in Electrical or Electrical and Electronic or Electronics and  Telecommunication or  Mechatronics Engineering respectively, all with an average of B and possession  of Certificate of Secondary  Education  Examination (CSEE) with a pass in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry

Electrical and Electronics Engineering Programme is designed to

• Produce graduates with advanced knowledge, skills, and competencies in electrical and electronics engineering;
• Involving a critical understanding on the design of electrical systems,
• Plan and organize maintenance and repair,
• Specify installation or production method; establish control standards and procedures to ensure efficient functioning and safety of electrical systems, machines and apparatus.

Mode of assessment will be made up of 40 % course work and 60 % semester examination for modules assessed theoretically and 50 % for both course work and semester examination for practically based assessed modules.
